For Veterinarians: Although we are not strictly a referral-only practice, we appreciate your referrals to Animal Wellness Center and desire to work closely with you to ensure the best possible care for our mutual clients and their pets. 

If a mutual client were to schedule a consult without a referral form being completed, please be aware that we will call your office to request medical history from the past 2 years. Rest assured we will always communicate with your office by sharing visit notes, lab results, etc.
